SOBE Wine & Food (FIU)
A FIU School of Hospitality volunteer Eli Weil helps to refrigerate sweet potatoes to help ready for the Bubble Q at the Food Network 2010 South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Hundreds of chefs gathered together for Florida International University School of Hospitality's annual fundraiser to raise money for student scholarships at the SBWFF in Miami Beach.
Before
Ok, so there is no after. I cooked it, took it out, tasted it.... and it was so amazing we just had to eat it before I took a picture. Half of it was left, but half a roast is just not as photogenic. But that leftover is gone now too.
